Membership Matters
Xi Omega welcomes all members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated to reactivate with our chapter. We hope you find your home with us in “service to all mankind.”
- Meeting Information
- Meetings are open to members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Proof of membership is required and must be verified prior to entering the meeting.
- Requirements to Visit Business Meetings
- Visiting members must provide two forms of identification, including a government-issued ID and one of the following:
- Current or past financial card
- Copy of original membership certificate provided by our Corporate Office
- Receipt with your name from a cluster, regional, or international AKA conference
- Business attire is required. Meetings are generally held on the first Saturday of each month, excluding July and August. For more information, please contact membership@akaxo.org.
- Visiting members must provide two forms of identification, including a government-issued ID and one of the following:
- Reactivation
- Xi Omega welcomes inactive members back to active membership status with open arms and hearts!
- Prospective Members
- Graduate membership is by invitation only and is not solicited through graduate chapters. Graduate chapters host public events, such as forums, cultural presentations, and social activities, so that prospective candidates can become acquainted with chapter members and learn about the service activities they offer to local communities. Do not actively seek membership in the sorority.
